He graduated from Clovis West High School and later California State University, Fresno with a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design. Utilizing his background in graphic design, Jon is also a step ahead of the rest when it comes to creative marketing and setting his client’s property listings apart from the others. Jon also has over 16 years in the commercial appraisal industry which gave him a great amount of experience with valuing an array of different property types including residential, office, gas station, agricultural, industrial and others.
