Well, if I’m going to be honest, there is a few things that need to be said. He handles it all for you! He was in constant communication with me, always available when I just had those random one or two questions throughout the day. I had a tight, fixed budget and he was able to negotiate and put me in my first home in a few short weeks. Always worked around my schedule and put my needs first. I am extremely grateful for my guy Ben. I’ll be calling back for my 2nd house when the day comes.
